As an In-Suite Attendant at Fairmont Kea Lani, you lead from the heart and make our guests feel special by creating and maintaining a comfortable, inviting and clean accommodation. Hourly Rate:  $24.21What you will be doing:Handle all table, tray, and cart return duties, including checking with guests for pickup convenience.Perform floor sweeps as needed, collecting used In-Suite Dining equipment, tableware, and linens.Bus all tables, trays, and carts.Check with the order taker, captain, and manager regarding specific duties for the shift.Inspect service stations for necessary equipment and setup (ice, dishes, utensils) and replenish as needed.Provide guests with clear, helpful information about menu items and answer any questions they may have.Adhere to the State of Hawaii & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standardsOrganize time so all side work is completed according to shift demandMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guestsFocus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPromote and enforce health and safety awareness as well as to have a complete understanding of the emergency proceduresFollow hotel and departmental policies, procedures and service standardsContribute to the improvement of the operation by contributing ideas, making suggestions and actively participate in departmental communication meetingsCheck with captain, order taker or manager before leaving shift.  Bring any concerns to the attention of the Manager On DutySchedule:  Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
